We want you to buy with confidence. If something you bought from Capital Pressure Supply is not right for the job, bring it back within 15 days and we will make it right under the terms below.
The basics
- 15 days from the date of purchase, at either store.
- Bring your receipt. If you lost it, we can usually find the sale by the phone number on your account.
- Items must be unused, unopened and in the original packaging, in resalable condition.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method. Card refunds take a few business days to appear.
- Exchanges and store credit are always available, including for items that fall outside the 15-day window at our discretion.
What cannot be returned
- Sodium hypochlorite, bulk fills and any opened chemical, surfactant or lubricant — liquids and chemicals cannot be resold once they leave the store.
- Hose, cord, wire and tubing cut to length, and any fitting or part that has been installed or pressurized.
- Engines, pumps, pressure washers and other equipment that have been fueled, plumbed or run — these are covered by the manufacturer's warranty instead, and we will help you file it. Repair labor and diagnostic fees are not refundable.
- Special orders and items ordered in for you.
- Clearance and final-sale items, unless defective.
- Gift cards and store credit.
Defective items
If an item is defective when you open it, bring it back within 15 days with your receipt and we will exchange it or refund it. After 15 days, defects are handled under the manufacturer's warranty. We stock what we sell for a reason: tell us what happened and we will help you get the warranty claim filed.
How to return something
Bring the item and your receipt to the counter at either location during store hours. Returns are handled in store only; we do not accept returns by mail. We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not meet these conditions.
