• Payment information is handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers or bank account numbers on our systems; we retain only the card brand and last four digits for receipt matching.
• Website information — basic, non-identifying usage data if you browse this site.

How we use it

• To complete your purchase, repair, rental, or delivery.
• To contact you about an order, an estimate that needs approval, a repair that is ready, or a delivery.
• To maintain account balances and send statements for customers on terms.
• To send promotions or review requests only to customers who have opted in.
• To meet tax, accounting, and other legal obligations.

Text messaging (SMS) and your mobile information

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we may send you text messages about your order, repair status, estimate approvals, deliveries, review requests, and occasional promotions. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services — such as our text message delivery provider — is permitted solely so that we can deliver the messages you asked for. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for any purpose.

Who we share information with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only to the extent they need it to do their job: our payment processor, our point-of-sale and business software providers, our text message and email delivery providers, our accountant and accounting software, and shipping or delivery partners when your order is being delivered. Each is required to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us. We may also disclose information when required by law.

How we protect it

Customer records are held in access-controlled systems that are encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to our staff and only as their role requires. Card and bank account numbers are held by our payment processor, not by us.

How long we keep it

We keep purchase, repair, and account records as long as needed to serve you and to satisfy tax and accounting requirements. Marketing consent records are kept as long as you remain opted in, plus a record of opt-out so we honor it.

Your choices

• Text messages: reply STOP at any time. We stop immediately.
• Email: use the unsubscribe link in any promotional email, or ask us at the counter.
• Access, correction, or deletion: contact us using the details below and we will help. Some records must be retained for tax and accounting purposes.

Children

Our stores and this website are intended for business and adult consumer customers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will post the revised version here with a new date.
