Messaging Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 17, 2026

The program

Capital Pressure Supply sends text messages to customers who have asked to receive them. Messages include order and pickup updates, repair and estimate notifications that may need your approval, delivery updates, review requests, and occasional promotions and store news.

How you opt in

You opt in in person at our retail counter — and that is the only way to join. After your purchase or repair drop-off is already complete, our staff offer you the option of text updates. Opting in is entirely optional and is never a condition of purchasing, receiving service, or completing any transaction; if you decline, we simply call you instead. You provide your own mobile number and agree to a disclosure shown on screen, and we record the date, time, and the exact wording you agreed to. We never add a number that did not ask to be added.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your orders and repairs. Transactional messages (for example, “your repair is ready”) are sent as events happen. Promotional messages are infrequent — generally no more than a few per month.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message from us at any time. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not send you further messages from that program. You can also ask us at the counter or call us and we will remove you.

How to get help

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

Privacy

Your privacy matters. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our full Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms; the current version is always posted on this page with its effective date.
