Who's teaching
The session is run by a wholesale holiday lighting company driving down from New York for the day. They have been in the holiday lighting industry for decades, they are one of the largest Minleon suppliers around, and training and supporting professional install companies is a core part of what they do — not a side gig. You'll be learning from people who have watched thousands of crews start, grow and make the same early mistakes, and who know exactly which ones to steer you around.
What "hands-on" means here
This isn't a slideshow. The product is on the table and you work with it: commercial C9 socket cord, LED retrofit bulbs, slide plugs, All-In-One clips and shingle tabs, 5MM mini lights for tree wraps, and the timers and cords that power a display. Expect to cut, plug, clip and light up real runs the way you would on a roofline — and to ask the questions you'd normally have to figure out on a customer's house.
